The winners of the 2020 MIPIM Startup Competition are…

Paris, June 24, 2020 – The 2020 MIPIM Startup Competition finals were held today in a new online experience.
The 2020 MIPIM Startup Competition winners are:
  • 1st place – Mayordomo (Spain): Smart Points connect your building to hundreds of service providers and manage all deliveries in a single point of convenience
  • 2nd place – Enertiv (USA): Enertiv creates asset value for commercial real estate portfolios by unlocking and leveraging every piece of data related to building operations to deliver unprecedented transparency and actionable insights.
  • 3rd place – Geopipe (USA): Geopipe is building the whole-world digital twin for AEC/RE, gaming, and simulation. Our AI understands what’s in the world to deliver instant, rich 3D city models.
The MIPIM Startup Competition, in partnership with global real estate tech partner MetaProp NYC, is a year-round event that reveals the most promising and innovative startups that tackle the biggest urban challenges around the world.
Selected startups pitched their ideas and business models to move the real estate ecosystem forward during Propel by MIPIM events held at three major international Proptech hubs – Paris, New York and Hong Kong.
The 2021 MIPIM Startup Competition will first stop at Propel by MIPIM-Paris (14-17 Sept.) before moving to Propel by MIPIM-NYC

Health & Safety – Reed MIDEM and Reed Exhibitions are pooling their combined experience to establish a robust programme of advanced measures to ensure all events meet the safety requirements set by the relevant local authorities and the benchmarks established by Reed Exhibitions based on the best practices and experience learned from their 500+ events.
French Government and public health guidelines are being closely followed. In the coming weeks Reed MIDEM will be issuing guidelines for safely gathering and exhibiting in the Palais des Festivals and other event venues. Measures will cover a wide range of protocols including physical distancing, increased medical facilities, as well as enhanced cleaning, sanitation and hygiene.
